Gabriel's Place

Welcome to my place.
I'm Gabriel and that is my Mommy up there with me.
My Grandpa took the picture of us.
Grandma made this page for me. She calls it Grandma's Brag Site.
I was only 5 months old when Grandpa took all these pictures of me.
Grandpa and Grandma drove over to Chicago to visit Mommy and me.
My Mommy is a sailor in the US Navy.
She is an instructor at the Great Lakes Naval Training Support Center.
She has been in the Navy since December 1996.
Grandpa, Grandma, and I are really proud of my Mommy.

Grandma asked me if she could have my plug. She is funny.
She said she would teach me a nursery rhyme.
She said she would have to teach it to me in English,
but if my Little Grandma was alive she would have taught it to me in Norwegian.
Little Grandma would recite the nursery rhyme in Norwegian
to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Grandma told me that only one of Little Grandma's grandchildren can recite it in Norwegian.
Maybe my cousin, Penny, will teach me to say it in Norwegian when I get older.
Anyway, I decided to let Grandma have my plug.
The nursery rhyme goes like this.

This little piggy went to the market.
Grandma wiggled my big toe.

This little piggy stayed home.
Grandma wiggled the next toe.

This little piggy had roast beef.
Grandma wiggled my middle toe.
Hey, this is fun. It tickles.

This little piggy had none.
Grandma wiggled the next toe.

And this little piggy went wee-wee-wee all the way home.
Grandma wiggled my little toe.

Each time Grandma would finish
I would stick my foot up in the air so she could recite it again.
She gave me back my plug and Grandpa took a couple more pictures.

Everytime we go to Grandpa and Grandma's home in Iowa
or when they come to our home Grandpa takes lots of pictures.
So you might want to come back here and check see if Grandma has put up new pictures.

I hear Mommy calling me.
I started army crawling a couple weeks ago so she has to look for me now.
I just wished that I could get in Zulu's kitty condo.
That place looks like it would be fun.
